Memorials

If you would like to donate a book in honor of someone or in memory of someone, please use the following form, or stop by the library at 200 Exeter Ave in West Pittston.

Adult Books: $30.00 per book

Children’s books: $20.00 per book

If paying by credit card please click here for a secure payment window. Then check the box in the form below that you paid by credit card. If you are paying by check or cash, please stop by the library or mail your check to us at West Pittston Library, 200 Exeter Ave. West Pittston, PA 18643. We will be able to process the memorial/honorarium once we have the information and the payment.
